I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white embossed card.

I cut around the inside of the frame on the second part of the design and mounted it onto the base card with mounting tape to give it some dimension, I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added glossy accents to the flower heads.

Great design for Easter...really pretty!
