I printed all on card-stock then cut out all the pieces. I layered the pieces with mounting foam. I glued that to a yellow glitter piece of card stock. Next I glued that onto a pre-folded 7 x 5 blank greeting card.
Lastly I added some clear glitter to highlight a few places.
