I decoupaged the design and mounted the completed picture onto a cream card blank. I added a yellow ribbon down the centre of the book as a bookmark.

I printed and cut out the images. I mounted onto a layer of yellow gingham backing, then a layer of yellow textured card before mounting onto my card base using DST.
I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
