This cute little fella is Windmill Doodles. dressed in his dungarees this cute image has the added bonus of a dimensional windmill to attach to his stick he is holding.
This topper is suitable for most ocassions and is sure to put a smile on anyones face.

The main topper was cut out and put through a Xyron to make a sticker, this was then attached to a white A5 card that had been backed with a Happy Birthday paper.
The windmill was made up using a tiny silver brad and attached to the handle loosely so that it will still turn.
The remaining decoupage layers were shaped and added using pinflair glue.
