Printed onto 190gs matte photo card. Trimmed a piece of backing papeer with a scalloped cutter then mounted it onto a lilac card blank. Added a silver glitter ribbon down the spine. Mounted the topper using DST then assembled the decoupage layers using 2mm foam pads.
Finished with a greeting panel from stash & a silver glitter bow.
