I cut out and layered elements with foam tape. I mounted on a vinyl bluey green mat and then a orange/red patterned card front. I added a pink paper ribbon and a tag from a scrap book kit I had.
I used some liquid gold pearls, diamond sticlkles and some rhinestones to finish up
I used my own backing paper on an A5 card front to then add the colourful graphics decoupages. A pink ribbon, cerise peel-offs in the corners and my own sentiment, along with glitter glue for sparkle helps make this card stand out in all it's colour.
