Balloon DoodlesCompleted by Jane Wells

I printed this endearing design onto photo paper, cut out and layered the images using pinflair glue. I matted patterned paper onto a cream card and placed balloon doodles onto a cut out cream circle.

I added a teeny flower to her hair, glitter detail and some flutterbys and golf peel off corners. I also edged the paper panel with blue chalk ink. Cuts out beautifully, a lovely design!
