I used an 8" square white card. I cut out a square of pink sparkly and dark purple paper and cut a wavy edge around both squares, then mat and layered them onto the white card.

I cut out the design and decoupaged it using silicone glue.

I attached the square behind the girl onto some cardstock then added it to the front of the card with raised sticky pads.

I added the happy birthday sentiment to the lower left hand side also with raised sticky pads.
