Whale of a TimeCompleted by Teresa Savin

I mounted nad decoupaged the image onto a pale blue A5 card and edged it with a fine gold peel 0ff.

I then added glittery waves peel off along the top and down the sides of the card.

I printed off the sentiment myself and added to the bottom of the card.
