I printed this cute image onto Crafty Bob matte photo paper and cut out. I mounted the main image onto a white A5/C5 scalloped edged card blank. I decoupaged all the elements using sticky pads and finished with glitter dots to the balloon.

A great card for our Great Grandsons 1st birthday.
