I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out the elements. I used an ivory 8x8 card blank as my base card and matted the topper using dst. I decoupaged the elements using glue gel and added clear gems around the border and added gold gems to the centres of the flowers.
A really beautiful design.
