I added copies of the holly and main picture before printing on matte card. I made a matching base card with a cut out border on top then wet glued the picture to the card.

I cut out the center of the tag, I used foam squares to add all layers. Used light gold glitter on the edges and the bow then finished with gems on the flowers , bow and on the top border.
