I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out the elements. I used an ivory 8x8 card blank as my base card and adhered the topper using dst. I decoupaged the elements using glue gel. I added pale teal gems around the border and also on the tag and clear gems to the stars in the sky.
