I reduced the size of the file slightly so I could print on 8 1/2" x 11" matte photo paper. I resized the available insert similarly (cup908421_10).

Using a red card, I attached the topper with dst, then used long strips of dst on the back of the insert pages, near the fold. Lined one side up carefully with the card center, then pressed in place, then closed the card, pressing the second strip in place.

Attached the large section of topper decoupage with thin foam pads, then added the rest of the decoupage and a sentiment from cup902771_1056 with silicone gel.

Finished with some embellishments of glitter glue and silver holographic and white snowflakes.
