Penguin Christmas Present Surprise Mini Kit A5 Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Various
I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a scalloped edge white C5 card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with a white and silver bow to spine, crystal glitter to Santa hat and a silver peel-off to cloud.
