The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a dark blue pearlesent card as my base. I mounted the base image straight onto the card and layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel.

I tied a ribbon towards the bottom of the card and used one of the greetings with a gem to decorate.

I also used glossy accents on the star and sprayed the top half of the card with glitter spray to finish.
