I printed this sheet on to glossy photo paper. Attached the image on to an 8x8 card blank using DST, then used glue gel to add the decoupage and sentiment [from cup802198_750].
Added a little glitter to flowers and swirls, then added pale blue peel off corners.
Finished by adding the matching insert with DST.
