I printed out the sheet onto silk card and added metallic silver ribbon then matted the base layer onto silver metallic linen card and mounted it to the 8x8 base card with DST.
I also matted the 1st layer onto the same metallic card and mounted it to the base layer with foam pads.
I decoupaged the 2nd layer with foam pads and added pompoms and Stickles glitter glue for sparkle. I embellished with chipboard stars and a lace iridescent bow.
