I printed the sheet on glossy photo paper and cut out the decoupage elements. I used Glossy Accent on the bells. I backed the base sheet with a MS snowflake punched piece of white cardstock and added that to a red card.
I then raised the bears and bells with foam strips. I added the greeting plate at the bottom by backing it with chipboard and raising it with foam strips. I added a finishing touch with red jewels. Great image with brilliant colors. Makes a perfect Christmas card.
