I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto alternate layers of Gold Mirri, White with Green Text and Red card with d/s tape and attached to a A5 card base.
The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads. To finish I added Glitter, Pearls and a Insert inside.
