I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage. I scored and folded a square card. The background paper is Christmas candle vellum, cUp 111722_613. I attached the background paper to the card using double sided tape.
I then attached the design to the card also using double sided tape.
