The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a navy blue card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of silver mirri card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
I used one of the greetings, blue organza ribbon and silver glitter spray to decorate.
 Smith-Kirk%20-%20I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out. I used silver holographic card as a mat and adhered onto the card base. To finish I added gems, a greeting and glitter touches. ){kind=link}
