A scalloped base card of 5x5 was used to layer the design on. I printed out on 120gsm decoupage paper and cut out all the elements from the sheet. There are plenty of layers so I used thin foam pads in-between so it wasn't too high when finished.
To embellish the card I used a wavy peel off around the edge of the square and crossed them over at the corners.
Cute and whimsical design.
