Copied to matte photo card and cut out all the elements. matted the purple base to pink card, added the strips at an angle then matted the brown square at an angle. Built up the decoupage using d.s.foam tape. I have added two bows, some stick on pearls and the greeting.

A pretty card that will be useful for all sorts of occasions and will surely delight the recipient.
