I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added glitter to the icicles and to the centre of the poinsettias to complete this beautiful card.
