A Festive Note Christmas Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Friend
I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to a beige embossed card and layered all elements. Added a Christmas tree charm tied with chiffon ribbon, matching card candi, and the two greetings. What a great design, perfect for Tweens and Teens, but will also suit any age.
