This is another cute penguin design.
Christmas will be here before we know it!
I printed the design onto 135gsm matt photo paper and cut out all the elements,
I Then used a 230gsm A5 Card blank and used photo glue to attach the base design. I then cut out the decoupage layers and added them with double sided sticky pads.
