Walking in a Winter WonderlandCompleted by Susan Heanes

I used navy card for the base,and added silver corner peel offs.I matted the decoupage base layer onto a piece of silver mirri card with foam tape,and stuck in the center of the card.The other layers of decoupage were added with foam pads.I then stuck one of the greetings onto silver mirri card and put above the decoupage.To finish I added glitter to the snow areas.
