Maybe snow shouldn't be inside the house, but we've all heard of artistic licence... so I made a shaker card...
I matted the base image onto gold card and attached to a square white card. Then I stuck acetate to the inside of the cut out frame.
I placed white flowersoft on the base and then attached my frame with foam tape, butting up tightly.
