With this design i first placed a light blue tissue paper onto the front of a 7x5 card, i then placed the main design base in the centre of the card,i then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads to give some height to the tree, to finish i added a silver wavy border to the outside edges of the design base and the inner frame, this is a terrific design , was easy to cut and make up and is very effective when done.
