After decoupaging the image I added snowy flower soft to the garlands and shiny card candy as baubles. Matted this image onto christmas sentiment paper - and used an envelope shaped card to mount the image!

Used fine line border peel offs to mark out the envelope and a simple sentiment greeting to finish.
