A bright, fun & festive card front topper with a teddy in a tea cup, on a swinging gift tag, held by a candy cane heart.
With a couple of poinsettias on the cup & teddy's head and Xmas presents & a Christmas stocking full of gifts.
I have added bold easy to cut out decoupage layers. Have fun!
