Polar Bear and Penguin Friend CardCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Animals
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to C5 white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with crystal glitter to baubles and snowflakes and clear glaze to eyes and polar bears nose and paws.
A lovely design.
