My turn to fishCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Animals
I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a scalloped edge white square card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with crystal glitter to fur on hat and snowflakes.
A lovely, cute design.
