This cute topper was attached to a blue pearl A5 card. The decoupage layers were then shaped and added using pinflair glue.
I used a gold glitter gel pen to draw along the stitch lines on the holly leaves and added glossy accents to the holly berries and the bears nose.
I used a clear gel pen for the bears eyes to high light them.
