Gift Ted Card with DecoupageCompleted by Carolyn Norris

I typed my greeting on the blank label and then printed the sheets on quality cardstock. Foam pads were used to decoupage and double sided tape was used to adhere the card front to a bright, blue matte before attaching it to a blank, scalloped, white card.

Just a few bright, blue, punched, snowflakes in the center of the snowflake border and the card is ready for delivery.
