Cute Polar Bear Holiday TopperCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Animals
I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a square white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with clear glaze to eyes, noses and feet, crystal glitter to hats and pearls to poinsettia centres.
A lovely cute design.
