Christmas Star Teddy Bear Blue Decoupage

A cute image of a teddy bear holding a pale blue star. This would make a lovely first Xmas card for a baby boy, but I have left the star blank so it can be used for anyone at Christmas.

The background for the topper is made using one of my "Christmas Snow Collection Background Kit" papers cup114013_38
