I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to blue glittered dotty card, added decoupage with foam pads, greetings with DST and finished with silver holographic dots to star centres, silver peel-offs down sides, clear crystal to bow and red stickles glitter glue to pompom on hat.

A sweet festive design.
