I printed the design onto matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I attached the base layer of the design onto a blank card which I scored and cut to size,I then added the decoupage using foam pads and added one of the sentiments.To finish the card I added some glitter to the snow and the bears hat...a real cutie that would make everyone smile.
