What a lovely card! This was
printed onto glossy photo paper, cut out and layered using foam pads. I mounted
the project onto a bright lime green and cut around the card and then mounted it onto a metallic midnight blue card stock which had a glitter white card stock mounted sort of "catty-corner". I placed some blue rhinestones on the card to appear like snowflakes falling.
I'm happy with the outcome.
