Snowman with an Owl Window View Card with DecoupageCompleted by Lesley Earing

I printed out the design onto Crafty Bob's matte photo paper, then cut out all of the elements. I matte and layered the main bit of the design onto some white then some red card and cut round both with scalloped scissors.

I then attached it all to an A5 white card blank. I decoupaged the snowman using silicone glue and added a bow for decoration.
