I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with blue gems to corners and blue organza bow.
A great festive design.

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I then added the base image to a white 6x6 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I placed the sentiments inside the cello bag so that my customer has a choice. The insert has been left blank so that my customer can write their own message.
