Peace on Earth Snowmen
Use the snowflake background on a DL card. Cut out and stick on the snowmen without the text using foam tape or pads. Cut out and stick the other snowmen, using more foam pads in order to give a 3D effect.
The snow behind the snowmen is deliberately different to give the effect of mounds of snow. Finish off with peel offs etc as you wish.

I stuck the snowflake background onto a DL card. Then I cut out the snowmen panel without the extra text, cutting around the snowmen at the top. I stuck it onto the background using foam pads (quite thick ones).
I then cut out the other snowmen panel in the same manner (cutting around the snowmen at the top) and lined up the bottom of the panel with the bottom of the card.
Doing it this way gives the impression of 10 snowmen rather than 5. If you want to decoupage in the traditional way then you will have to trim the bottom of the first snowmen panel as it is a wee bit larger underneath the snowmen.
Use foam pads to stick on the second panel to give a 3 dimensional effect. To finish off the card I put a greeting on the inside. You could also use peel offs and glitter on front of the card - I just wanted to show the basic card.
