Over the FenceCompleted by Rosina Walker

Onto an A5 card i stuck some blue snowflake backing paper,and to this i mounted the main picture,then i decoupage up the fence thats after i cut out inbetween the wood,i then put gold glitter onto the stars,and glamour dust onto the snow,then i went around the edge of the card with a gold transparent peeloff.
