printed onto matt photo paper printing the base layer twise

I then cut the inner border and picture away leaving just the outer border and bow

i adhered this to the front of a large card and cut away the card inside the border leaving the opening

i then inserted the other base layer onto the insert sheet and carefully positioned so it was aligned with the border front

I decoupaged onto the insert sheet for the picture and onto the card for the front to create different depths
