Christmas Cheer Snowman & Penguin DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle

I printed on to paper, then mounted the topper on to a white card, adding a snowman charm to the border strip.
Layered all elements. Added gems, glitter, a ribbon knot, and a bow tied from 2 different ribbons. So adorable, and will be well received by all ages.
