I printed out everything onto a med weight card stock. I cut out all the elements and using foam pads I layered them onto the base in order. I matted onto a blue card stock. I added the silver ribbon and hot glued the rhinestones.

Add some scrap silver glitter card pieces and added them with the ribbon. Very easy card to make and cut out but still is a very pretty card.
