Snowman and Bird Friends Card with DecoupageCompleted by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with rouge liquid pearls and yellow stickles glitter glue to top hat, crystal stickles to tree and finished with blue bow and card candy to corners.

A lovely design.
