I covered an A5 card with some blue backing paper, printed this image onto decoupage paper, mounted the main image to the card, then decoupaged up the card front, added the text and glitter.

I PRINTED THIS ARTWORK ONTO HEAVEY CARDSTOCK. I CUT EVERYTHING OUT. PUTTING THE DECOUPAGE ON WITH STICKY PADS. I CUT A BLANK WHITE CARD TO FIT THE DESIGN. I GLUED SOME SCRAPBOOK PAPER ON IT FOR THE BACKGROUND. THEN I GLUED THE ART ON TOP OF THAT.
I USED ROYAL BLUE METALLIC PAPER FOR MATTING. I USED MANY DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER.
